About the role:

Duties to include Electronic Deliverable Data reports using EDDGE and Excel reporting platforms, along with Adobe.

  • Production of error free reports.
  • Organization of preparation and analytical data.
  • Tracking of workload due dates.
  • Interaction with lab staff and project managers regarding data and reporting requirements.
  • Production of error free reports.
  • Answering phone and greeting clients.

Responsibilities

About you:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Diligent work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle numerous details.
  • High energy level, confidence and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficient in computers, specifically Excel.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Desire to produce error free work.
  • Will to work overtime as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma.
  • Some college level math classes and chemistry courses preferred.

Physical Demands:

  • Able to speak and hear clearly while communicating with staff, management, and clients.
  • Able to sit, and /or stand for 100% of an 8 hour day.
  • Dexterity in hands and fingers to operate computer and other equipment.
  • Must have average vision and able to see to read reports and operate equipment.
